Tabata Bootcamp™

Bootcampers meet 3 times a week for comprehensive total-body workouts featuring the perfect combination of short, efficient workouts, ongoing online support, and motivation in a small group training setting. Within each workout, bootcampers experience interval training based on Tabata Bootcamp's protocol of intense effort followed by brief rest recovery, maximizing results in minimal time. Bootcampers are also able to participate in 6-minute daily workouts provided to them on the Tabata Bootcamp members website. Additionally, Bootcampers can track their results online, monitor their success, and receive support from their fellow bootcampers.

Exercise 101

Do you want to exercise or think you should be exercising but don’t know where to start? Intimidated by commercial gyms? Afraid a group class will be too fast paced and you might get lost in the crowd? Exercise 101 is designed to give you a basic understanding about exercise: categories of exercise (cardio and strength), what exercise is right for you, how to execute the movements, and different tools to help you. Each class lasts 5-6 weeks.

Body Sculpting

This class combines cardio and strength exercises to burn fat and shape your muscles. Each week includes different movements and equipment to keep your mind and muscles energized. Each class is 5-6 weeks.
