Tabata Bootcamp™

Tabata Bootcamp Beverly Hills meets 3 times a week for comprehensive total-body High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. Based on Tabata Bootcamp's revolutionary protocol of intense effort followed by brief rest recovery, you will maximize your results in minimal time.

Bootcampers are also able to participate in 6-minute daily workouts provided to them on the complimentary Tabata Bootcamp members website where they can track their results and monitor their success. Short and efficient workouts, ongoing online support, and motivation in a small group training setting: add these pieces together and they produce amazing weight loss and fitness success.

About Interval Training

The success of a workout should not be judged on the amount of time you exercise but on the intensity and quality of the exercise itself. Tabata utilizes 20-10 microburst intervals: 4 minutes of specifically-chosen exercises that consist of 20 seconds of ultra high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Short duration HIIT programs create a prolonged afterburn, called "excess post oxygen consumption," that causes the body to take longer to return to its state of rest. As a result, you not only burn calories during the exercise but your body keeps burning extra calories (5 times more) for the next 24 to 48 hours, long after the workout has ended. Bootcamp Info

Bootcamp meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00am-7:00am, and meets at 1012 S. Robertson (just south of Olympic).

End of the year Bootcamp

7 classes: December 16, 18, 20 (MWF), Dec. 23, 27 30 & Jan.3 (MF)

$120 for all 7 or $20 for a single class

Payment needs to be received prior to December 16.
