Cardio and Strength Circuits

This class combines cardio, strength, and functional movements to work your heart, gain muscle strength, and maintain your ability to perform your activities of daily living. Balance and cognitive exercises are also included. Modifications are made to accommodate individual issues. Each class includes different movements to keep your mind and muscles energized. Mondays & Thursdays at 8:30am, Tuesdays at 5:30pm

Stretch (Online)

This 30-minute class is designed to stretch your whole body, working on one area at a time. Stretches vary from class to class. Modifications are made to accommodate individual issues. You will feel energized and relaxed at the conclusion of each class. Class is offered twice weekly. Attend one or both. Call Now to Register (323) 574 - 4802
