Cardio and Strength Circuits
This class combines cardio, strength, and functional movements to work your heart, gain muscle strength, and maintain your ability to perform your activities of daily living. Balance and cognitive exercises are also included. Modifications are made to accommodate individual issues. Each class includes different movements to keep your mind and muscles energized.
