Have you ever tried to get in more daily steps by taking the stairs instead of an elevator? Or have you tried the stairs to avoid an elevator full of people (especially when they were unmasked)? Or have there been times when you just thought the fastest way to get to where you were going was to take the stairs?
I do all the above. But stairs are more than just an alternative to elevators. They are also a good way to work your legs and your lungs.
